Description of SMS program and messaging use cases

SHIELD HOME LOANS INC sends SMS messages only to users who opt in, for mortgage loan comparison, appointment reminders, document requests, application updates, and customer care. Marketing messages may include mortgage options, loan comparison updates, refinance opportunities, home equity options, and service updates. Non-marketing messages may include loan comparison request updates, appointment reminders, document requests, application updates, and customer care messages. Both opt-in categories are optional and unchecked by default. The current opt-in method is website form only. SMS opt-in is collected only for SHIELD HOME LOANS INC and is not shared with third parties. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Instructions to opt-out ('Text STOP')

Text STOP to opt out. To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will remove you from our SMS program within 10 business days and send a confirmation message. You may also opt out by contacting us at kyle@shieldhl.com.
